No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

You can pay your rent online via our Resident Portal. The online portal will allow you to pay via debit or credit card with a convenience fee, or pay by ACH payment. ACH payments do not have a fee.

Rent is always due on the 1st of the month. This includes holidays and weekends.

All of our apartment homes are cable-ready equipped and you can choose from any service provider that offers these services in our community.
The Apartments at Brayden are partnered with Parcel Pending, helping residents gain easy 24-hour access to their packages. Packages are not held at the front desk and are not accepted by the office.
No, utilities are not included in the rent. All utilities are separate and are the responsibility of the resident.
Residents are responsible for setting up electricity in the leaseholder’s name. We work with York Electric to set up electricity in our community.
Non-emergency service requests can be easily entered into your online resident portal!
In the case that you have an emergency maintenance request, you can reach our team at any time to place an emergency service request by calling our office. If you call outside of office hours, please follow the prompt and our on-call emergency service associate will address requests that qualify as an emergency.
For emergencies that require immediate attention, such as fires, medical situations, or any life-threatening situations, please call 911 directly.
We encourage our residents to make their apartment their home. You are allowed to paint, hang pictures, and even mount your TV on the wall. We kindly request that you stop by the office to inquire about community specifics regarding decorating policies.
Parking is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All residents are responsible for the actions of their guests and guests must follow the applicable lease and community policies. We do not have designated guest parking and parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
